Logic’s debut studio albums, Under Pressure (2014) and The Incredible True Story (2015), finished in the top five on the US Billboard 200, with the former going platinum.

With the release of Everybody in 2017, Logic broke through to a broader audience. The album peaked at number one in the US and was certified platinum; its lead song, “1-800-273-8255,” was a top-ten smash abroad and placed third on the US Billboard Hot 100. He also issued Bobby Tarantino’s commercial mixtape series. The single “Homicide” from his fourth album, YSIV (2018), and his sixth album, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2019), both saw substantial financial success.
